If Make Beauty Count does not have the particular products in stock, Make Beauty Count will contact you, and inform you of the general date of availability. If you, the buyer, are unhappy then Make Beauty Count will refund the money.

For all in stock items we charge: 1. a flat rate of $8.00 for one item and additional $3.50 per item after that. The deliveries are done by express post which is the safest way and a tracking number is supplied to you.

2. for any purchases over $125.00, delivery is free Returns & Refunds If you are not happy with your product for any reason, MAKE BEAUTY COUNT is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product are returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging. A product can be returned within 15 days of receipt if not completely satisfied for a full money back guarantee.

Goods must have a valid MAKE BEAUTY COUNT receipt. Returns and exchanges are only valid for goods verified to be purchased from MAKE BEAUTY COUNT. The customer must also pay freight charges for returns. Unfortunately, MAKE BEAUTY COUNT cannot exchange or refund if the customer is not happy with the scent or the fragrance or any personal taste issues associated with purchase.
